Custom Firmware for PS3 4.11?

There has been many rumors about the making of a custom firmware for PS3 4.11 but many youtube videos have been fake and many download links have surveys that also indicate that they are fake. But there has been reports of a hacker called MrJailbreak619 who is reported to be working on a cfw 4.11. Many have said that it is fake but we have yet to hear from him.
