Fix For 'Applicable Update Data Not Found'!



Sometimes when you update your PS3 through USB then you might get the error: Applicable Update Data Not Found.

Don't worry the fix is very simple:


All you have to do is update through the recovery menu. Just start your PS3 in recovery mode and then there  will be an option: System Update. Just select that and then it will scan your USB and install the Update.

      then there might be a problem with your firmware. which firmware are you installing?

    i tried through recovery mode also but still i am getting same error ..

    i am using 4.31 firmware
