Many people want to jailbreak their PS3 4.11 but there hasn't been any custom firmwares released by any hacker or dev. But if you want to just install a firmware for your PS3 4.11 then just download the files in the link. Just install through recovery mode. After installing go to Security Settings and press L1+R1+Square+Select and type the password: 0000.
After inserting the password there will be a Install Package Files folder below Network Settings.
